Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician to diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on our fleet to ensure peak performance and DOT compliance.

This hands-on role offers ongoing training and the chance to sharpen your technical skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will handle mid-level repairs, diagnostics across engines and systems, and work closely with parts and management to keep maintenance on schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a diesel technician.
• Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality, time, and cost guidelines.
• Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems.
• Growth Mindset: Eagerness to develop skills and stay updated with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform medium-level repairs including clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after-treatment maintenance, and other mid-level repairs.
• Diagnostics: troubleshoot engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Streamline maintenance workflows with parts and management to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Commit to continuous learning through OEM training and professional development opportunities.
