Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee diesel maintenance operations on the 3rd shift in Greer, SC. You will lead diesel technicians and coordinators, ensure on-time service, and maintain accurate records for audits.

Responsibilities include enforcing DOT/OSHA compliance, managing parts inventories, and coordinating emergency repairs while upholding safety and quality standards. Strong leadership and hands-on technical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: high school diploma or equivalent; higher degrees preferred.
• 5+ years in vehicle maintenance and 5+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Knowledge of DOT/OSHA regulatory requirements and safety practices.
• Class C license required; Class A preferred.
• Master mechanic experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with TMT software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance teams, supervising coordinators and diesel technicians.
• Oversee scheduled maintenance for all equipment and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate electronic service records for audits and compliance.
• Manage inventory, parts ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DOT, OSHA, and environmental rules.
• Conduct final inspections and close out work orders in the system.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and maintenance responses for vehicles in route.
• Oversee employee scheduling, payroll submissions, and time-off requests.
• Promote a safe, engaging work environment and drive continuous improvement.
