Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology.
• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities as needed.
• Must have own tools.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition diesel machine systems per manufacturer specifications.
• Document findings, repair needs, and timelines to the Service Manager, service team, and customers with professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities; identify customer service opportunities.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments.
