Titan Machinery seeks a skilled Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel machinery in both shop and field settings. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient service for customer equipment and warranties.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of related experience or an associate’s degree in diesel tech, with willingness to travel up to 75%. Competitive benefits follow Titan’s extensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• 1+ years of successfully completing tasks with limited supervision.
• Clean driving record.
• Must have own tools.
• Must have or obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Certification.
• Ability to travel up to 75% with overnight stays and 50%+ field work.
• Flexibility for on-call hours.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise on diesel machinery, in shop or field.
• Accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning per manufacturer specs; complete service orders and documentation.
• Communicate findings and timelines clearly with owners, operators, and service team; manage parts and supplies.
• Participate in ongoing training and recommend maintenance or upgrades to customers.
