Job summary

Titan Machinery is seeking a Case Construction Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel equipment, delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. You will inspect systems, perform repairs, and document work to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities as needed.
• Must have own tools.
• Keen attention to detail, high initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems and components per manufacturer specifications with quality workmanship.
• Communicate findings, repair needs, and timelines clearly with the Service Manager and customers.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and identify customer service opportunities to improve satisfaction and department profitability.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work.
