You’ll work with the service team to quickly assess issues and communicate timelines to customers. The job requires 2+ years of relevant experience or an associate degree, and owning your tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology
• Willingness to travel to offsite training facilities as needed
• Must have own tools
• High attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently
• Strong documentation and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components per manufacturer specs.
• Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and timelines clearly with the Service Manager, team, and customers.
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Engage in ongoing training and identify service opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work.
