Job summary

Titan Machinery is hiring a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, maintain, and pre-deliver diesel equipment in shop or field settings. You will perform high-quality work, communicate with customers and the service team, and handle parts requests and service documentation.

Applicants should have 2+ years of experience or an Associate’s degree in Diesel Equipment Technology, own tools, and a willingness to travel up to 75% with some overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Clean driving record and must have own tools
• DOT Medical Certification or ability to obtain it
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work offsite/in the field
• Flexible/on-call hours and strong documentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and initiative

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition diesel machinery per manufacturer specs
• Provide field service, including possible weekend/on-call calls
• Document findings, repairs, and timelines; manage parts and service orders
• Maintain safety, compliance, and professional work standards
• Proactively recommend maintenance or upgrades to customers
