Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities, as needed.
• Must have own tools.
• Keen attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components per manufacturer specs.
• Communicate findings, repair needs, and timelines with Service Manager, team, and customers.
• Participate in ongoing technical training to maintain product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations.
