Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities as needed.
• Must have own tools.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition diesel machinery per manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate findings, timelines, and work plans clearly with service manager and customers.
• Engage in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Adhere to safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work.
