Job summary

Titan Machinery is seeking a Case IH Diesel Mechanic in Imperial, Nebraska to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel machinery per manufacturer specs. You will communicate findings and timelines with the service team and customers, while pursuing ongoing training to stay current and improve customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology, own their tools, and be willing to travel to offsite facilities as needed.

• Must have own tools
• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities, as needed
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components per manufacturer specs
• Documentation and Communication: Clearly communicate findings, repair needs, and timelines with Service Manager, team, and customers
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work
