Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology
• Willing to travel to offsite training facilities as needed
• Must have own tools for field and shop work
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, repair, and reconditioning of diesel machinery per manufacturer specs
• Document findings and communicate timelines clearly with the service team and customers
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current and identify service improvements
