Job summary

Titan Machinery is seeking a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel equipment. The role requires accurate diagnostics, hands-on repairs, and clear communication with customers and the service team.

You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and safety standards. Applicants should have 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology, own tools, and the ability to travel for training as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• Willingness to travel to offsite training facilities as needed.
• Must have own tools.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative; ability to work independently.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition diesel machinery per manufacturer specs with quality workmanship.
• Document findings, repair needs, and timelines clearly with service manager and customers.
• Engage in ongoing technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Follow safety rules and regulations while performing assignments.
