Qualifications

• Two+ years of diesel-powered heavy equipment repair experience preferred.
• Reading schematics/diagrams; experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; diesel tech program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment malfunctions.
• Disassembles and assembles machine components to manufacturer specifications.
• Rebuilds, repairs, and maintains equipment and components.
• Plans and controls cost of repair jobs.
• Mentors and helps train other technicians.
• Maintains clean, safe, and orderly work areas.
