Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel/heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment.
• Work to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems to identify and fix issues.
• Maintain equipment records and communicate findings to team.
