VA Electrical Contractors LLC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to coordinate order processing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. The role requires strong customer service, and proficiency in Excel and Outlook.

You will work with Superintendents, Project Managers and the Main Office, enter and dispatch work orders, process purchase orders, and maintain fleet documents and PPE stock. This is a full-time position with Monday–Friday schedule.

Competenze

Must have strong customer service skills and proficient in Excel and Outlook.
High School Diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Must pass drug and background screen.
One year of administrative experience in construction is preferred.

Mansioni

Coordinate order processing, shipping, receiving and inventory control.
Enter and dispatch work orders and maintain accurate notes in the system.
Call or email for follow-up on tasks and communicate with vendors and customers as needed.
Process purchase orders and maintain fleet-related documents (driver list, insurance, toll tags, registrations).
Maintain PPE stock and issue PPE to new hires; support inventory availability for current and future job sites.
