Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Die Setter to manage and prioritize workflow at the secondary presses, ensuring efficiency and productivity on the production floor. You will organize work on the workflow board and support the stamping/fabrication department to meet daily output and quality targets.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), willingness to learn, and ability to lift up to 30 pounds, with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Willingness to learn new skills and operate production equipment.
• Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, when needed.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Support Secondary Operations and operators in Stamping/Fabrication Department to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations.
• Maximize daily output to meet customer demand and production requirements.
• Contribute to the department’s success by supporting quality, safety, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Assist Secondary Operators with interpreting prints and specifications as needed.
• Train and guide Secondary Operators on loading procedures and die handling.
