• Maintain the organization of die storage and die-setting supplies.
• Complete initial shooting of die sets when required.
• Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork.
• Follow OSHA, safety rules, and all USF policies and procedures.

Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Die Setter to join our team on 3rd shift. The Die Setter is responsible for machine set‑ups on both primary and secondary equipment, including scheduled and unscheduled changes. This role is critical to maintaining production schedules, ensuring quality, and supporting the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mold changes according to the production schedule, including emergency changes.
• Set up die functions (watering, knockout, hot runner, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.).
• Repair fluid or air leaks relating to dies.
• Maintain the organization of die storage and die‑setting supplies.
• Complete initial shooting of die sets when required.
