Qualifications

• Experience with setup and maintenance of dies to support stamping operations.
• Ability to read and understand structure and function drawings.
• Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and air compressor equipment.
• Strong safety, environmental, and quality control practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust dies and presses accurately and securely.
• Prepare dies and jig tools for the next production run and coordinate die changes.
• Inspect and maintain dies and jig tools according to standards.
• Manufacture and repair parts for dies and tools using lathes and milling machines.
• Maintain records of die maintenance per inspection standards.
• Analyze and verify maintenance work for accuracy of products and systems.
• Maintain inventory for consumables and prepare requisitions.
• Operate forklifts and hoists during die changes and maintenance.
