TE Connectivity Ltd. is hiring a Stamping Operator I to support stamping presses and die work on a 2nd or 3rd shift. The role requires basic die setup, change-overs, quality checks, and team collaboration to keep production running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic math/computer skills. Training includes print reading and precision measuring. Compensation includes base pay with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• One year of stamping operator experience preferred.
• Print reading and precision measuring skills must be reviewed.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Math and computer skills expected.
• Die Design & Theory course completion and exam pass required.
• Must demonstrate a die change-over proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up stamping dies and presses to produce quality parts.
• Move within a team setting to keep stamping presses running.
• Perform in-press change-overs and quality checks.
• Make stock changes and prepare dies as needed.
• Assist in setting up auxiliary equipment for presses.
• Remove jams and perform minor die repairs.
