AISIN World Corp. is seeking a skilled machinist in London, KY to maintain dies, operate milling machines, lathes and grinders, and perform assemblies and repairs. The role requires reading technical docs, completing reports, and following safety rules.

You may handle welding, pipe threading, and wiring of sensors as part of daily tasks. With a focus on quality and efficiency, responsibilities include layout work, preventative maintenance, and fabricating parts as needed in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups.

Responsibilities

• Lifts using hoist or crane.
• Polishes, grinds, and finish core insert.
• Welds.
• Performs layout according to design specifications.
• Disassembles and assembles die parts.
• Uses pipe threader to cut and thread pipe.
• Wires limit switches.
• Completes daily reports of all die repair content.
• Completes Preventative Maintenance check sheet.
• Fabricates any needed items.
• Operates milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders.
• Other duties may be assigned.
