Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechatronics, industrial maintenance technology, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Broad working knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and industrial controls.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics; familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and basic control-system troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment failures; support maintenance technicians in resolving recurring problems.
• Lead or support root cause analysis of recurring failures and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Prepare scopes of work defining tasks, technical specifications, expected deliverables, and acceptance requirements.
• Coordinate contractor work and participate in commissioning, startup, and project closeout while maintaining safety and quality expectations.
