Job summary

AISIN World Corp. of America is seeking a Team Member in Maintenance to install, repair, and maintain machinery, electrical systems, and supporting structures. You will inspect equipment, diagnose issues, dismantle faulty units, install parts, and perform routine maintenance in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications include a 1-year certificate or 2–4 years related experience with a high school diploma or GED. The role is non-exempt and pays up to $29.25/hour DOE. On-site, full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school, or two to four years related experience and high school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or members of organization.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose problems by listening to machine sounds and discussing variations.
• Dismantle defective machines and equipment.
• Install new or repaired parts.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus and related components.
• Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
• Repair gauges, valves, and related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance.
