Qualifikationen

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or two to four years experience and high school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or members of organization.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and volume.

Aufgaben

• Operates milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders.
• Cleans dies using pressure washer and polishes/finishes core insert.
• Disassembles and assembles die parts, measures using metric scale.
• Welds, brazes, and fabricates items as needed.
• Completes daily reports of die repair content and preventative maintenance checks.
