Responsibilities include supervising, planning inspections, overseeing die changeovers, and coordinating with HR on personnel matters. Strong CAD/precision tooling skills and a high school education are required.

Qualifications

• Managerial experience leading a maintenance or tooling team.
• Proven ability to supervise daily operations and evaluations.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, lead, and develop the Die Maintenance team and oversee daily operations.
• Plan and schedule inspections, die changeovers, refurbishments, and emergency repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues with dies and tooling during production.
• Set up and operate toolroom equipment (CNC mills, Wire EDM, grinders, heat-treat).
• Fabricate parts from drawings and inspect with precision measuring tools.
• Maintain die spare parts inventory and initiate purchases as needed.
