The role requires a high school diploma, at least three years as a die cutter pressman lead, ability to read instructions, operate PIV, and communicate effectively with teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years as a die cutter pressman lead.
• Full knowledge of die-cutting procedures.
• Must be able to operate Power Industrial Vehicles (PIV).
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and prepare routine paperwork.
• Strong math and measurement skills; ability to compute rates and use measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate die-cutting processes and ensure sheet alignment.
• Follow factory tickets and communicate with print and die departments.
• Inspect sheets for creases and cut marks; resolve discrepancies with supervisor.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed at the end of each production job.
• Mentor the feeder operator and assign duties.
• Maintain smooth workflow through coordination with supervision, pressmen, and pre-make-ready staff.
