Respectful Recruiting's client in Waukesha County is seeking Die Cutters / Machine Operators to join a team operating 10+ label printing machines across three shifts. The role involves rewinding, inspection, finishing setup, quality checks, packaging, and daily communication with the Production Manager. Safety and reliability are essential. Shift: Friday-Sunday 6:00 PM–6:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Perform rewind/inspection work: inspect all products as they are rewound off presses
• Assist in the set-up of the finishing equipment
• Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria
• Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria
• Monitor the daily ship list; communicate with the Production Manager on progress/problems
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude
• Maintain competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in daily work
• Abide by company safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment

Our client, located in Waukesha County, is looking to add Die Cutters / Machine Operators to their team. Our client runs 10+ label printing machines across three shifts. The shift is Friday-Sunday 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

The main responsibilities of the Die Cutters / Machine Operator are:

• Perform rewind/inspection work: inspect all products as they are rewound off presses

Physical Demand requirements of the Die Cutters / Machine Operator are:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally, less weight more frequently
• Team lift or use appropriate equipment to move tooling and paper over 50 pounds throughout the day
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, with regular twisting and bending
