Job summary

RRD is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist for the 1st shift in Wisconsin. The role runs from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with compensation ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment to be set up and operated by following straightforward instructions.
• Ability to perform minor clerical tasks related to equipment operation, such as maintaining records and labeling.
• Identify improper machine operation and make basic adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust machines and equipment for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate and maintain machines to ensure optimum operation.
• Troubleshoot issues and submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Coordinate assignment of crewmembers and provide training for new team members.
