ID Technology has moved to a new state‑of‑the‑art facility in Pewaukee, WI. We are seeking a Die‑Cutter Operator for the 2nd shift.

Compensation and Benefits

Total compensation includes salary, comprehensive medical/dental programs, life insurance, a generous paid time off program, and a retirement savings plan with a company match. Benefits are effective on the first day with no waiting period.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the finishing die cutter.
• Perform rewind/inspection work and inspect all products as rewound off presses.
• Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria.
• Package finished products according to supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria.
• Assist in the set‑up of finishing equipment.
• Monitor the daily ship list and communicate with the Production Manager regarding progress or problems.
• Develop competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in daily work.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Abide by ID Technology safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Work the 2nd shift: Monday‑Thursday 2:00 pm – 12:30 am.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with a value for quality.
• Experience or comfort in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with or comfort operating small machinery.
• Self‑motivated and able to work well independently.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Good communication skills and a desire to help the team succeed.
