ID Technology, now part of ProMach, invites you to join a growing team in Pewaukee, WI as a Die-Cutter Operator on the 3rd shift. You’ll set up and operate finishing die cutter equipment, inspect products, and ensure quality throughout the line.

We value teamwork, hands-on problem solving, and pride in workmanship. You’ll work with a supportive crew and contribute to on-time production while following safety procedures and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment or willingness to learn.
• Ability to set up and operate finishing die cutter equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Comfortable operating small machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate finishing die cutter equipment.
• Perform rewind and inspection of products as they come off press.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Package finished products according to established guidelines and specifications.
• Assist with setup and operation of finishing equipment as needed.
• Monitor daily production and shipping schedules and communicate progress or issues to the Production Manager.
• Build knowledge of processes, tools, and equipment used in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a professional, team-oriented attitude and take pride in quality work.
• Follow all safety procedures to support a clean and safe work environment.

ID Technology has moved to a new state of the art facility in Pewaukee, WI! We are seeking a Die-cutter Operator for 3rd shift. You will contribute to the success of the company by helping produce quality flexographic label products, working with a team-player mentality, and taking pride in your work.

ID Technology has moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, and we are growing our team. We are looking for a Die-cutter Operator to join us on third shift.

In this role, you will play a key part in producing high-quality flexographic label products. You will work alongside a supportive team and take pride in delivering results that make an impact. Schedule

• 3rd Shift: Friday through Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
