ProMach's ID Technology, now in a state-of-the-art Pewaukee facility in Wisconsin, seeks a Die-cutter Operator for 3rd shift to produce high-quality flexographic label products. You will join a collaborative team, set up and operate finishing die-cutter equipment, and help ensure product quality.

You will contribute to efficient production, learn advanced finishing processes, and grow within a growing company that values teamwork, safety, and commitment to quality.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate finishing die cutter equipment.
• Perform rewind and inspection of products as they come off press.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Package finished products according to established guidelines and specifications.
• Assist with setup and operation of finishing equipment as needed.
• Monitor daily production and shipping schedules and communicate progress or issues to the Production Manager.
• Build knowledge of processes, tools, and equipment used in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a professional, team-oriented attitude and take pride in quality work.
• Follow all safety procedures to support a clean and safe work environment.

You will contribute to the success of the company by helping produce quality flexographic label products, working with a team-player mentality, and taking pride in your work.

ID Technology has moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, and we are growing our team. We are looking for a Die-cutter Operator to join us on third shift.

In this role, you will play a key part in producing high-quality flexographic label products. You will work alongside a supportive team and take pride in delivering results that make an impact. Schedule

• 3rd Shift: Friday through Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment or a willingness to learn

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Strong communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
