Job description

Die-Cutter Operator

We are seeking a Die-Cutter Operator for our 2nd shift at ProMach’s ID Technology division in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves producing high-quality flexographic label products while maintaining a team‑player attitude and taking pride in your work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the finishing die cutter.
• Perform rewind/inspection work and inspect all products as rewound off presses.
• Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria.
• Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria.
• Assist in the set‑up of finishing equipment.
• Monitor the daily ship list and communicate with the Production Manager on progress and problems.
• Develop competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in the daily work.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Abide by ID Technology safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Shift: 2nd Shift Monday‑Thursday, 2:45 pm‑1:15 am.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with a value for quality.
• Experience or comfort in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with or comfort operating small machinery.
• Self‑motivated and able to work well independently.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Good communication skills and desire to help the team succeed.
