Job summary

ID Technology, a ProMach division, is seeking a Die-cutter Operator for the weekend shift in Fort Worth, TX. You will set up and run the finishing die cutter, inspect products, and ensure packaging and quality criteria are met while maintaining safety and teamwork throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes hands-on manufacturing work, dedication to quality, and collaboration with the production team to meet daily targets and continuous improvement goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Finishing Die Cutter.
• Perform rewind/inspection: inspect products as rewound off presses.
• Inspect finished products against specifications and quality criteria.
• Package finished products per specifications and packaging criteria.
• Assist in setup of finishing equipment.
• Monitor daily ship list; communicate with Production Manager on progress/problems.
• Develop competency with tools, resources and processes used daily.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Abide by safety rules and maintain a clean work environment.

• Set up and Operate the Finishing Die Cutter
• Perform rewind/inspection work: inspect all products as rewound off presses
• Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria
• Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria
• Assist in the set-up of finishing equipment
• Monitor the daily ship list; communicate with the Production Manager on progress/problems
• Develop competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in the daily work
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude
• Abide by ID Technology safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday, 4:30 am -5:00 pm
