Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Finishing Die Cutter.
• Perform rewind and inspect products rewound off presses.
• Inspect finished products against specifications and quality criteria.
• Package finished products according to specifications.
• Assist in setup of finishing equipment.
• Monitor daily ship list; communicate with Production Manager on progress/problems.
• Develop competency with tools, resources, and processes used daily.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Abide by safety rules to maintain a safe, clean work environment.

We are seeking a Die-cutter Operator for 3rd shift at ID Technology, a new state‑of‑the‑art facility in Pewaukee, WI. You will contribute to the success of the company by helping produce quality flexographic label products, working with a team-player mentality, and taking pride in your work.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Finishing Die Cutter


• Perform rewind/inspection work: inspect all products as rewound off presses


• Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria


• Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria


• Assist in the set‑up of finishing equipment


• Monitor the daily ship list; communicate with the Production Manager on progress/problems


• Develop competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in the daily work


• Maintain a positive, professional attitude


• Abide by ID Technology safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment

Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00pm to 6:30am

Requirements

• Attention to detail with a value of quality


• Experience/comfortable in a manufacturing environment


• Familiar with or comfortable with operating small machinery


• Self‑motivated, able to work well independently


• Ability to work efficiently, accurately
