Image Associates Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead its Die Casting manufacturing department. The role focuses on safety, delivery, cost, and quality improvements, with strong emphasis on metrics and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include leading continuous improvement per Toyota Production System, coordinating with Quality, optimizing manpower and 5-S layout, and ensuring high machine uptime with maintenance partners. Travel is required 10–20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related major.
• Deep experience with the die casting process, especially automotive parts.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience driving improvements in quality, cost, delivery times, and safety.
• Commitment to using metrics to understand production trends and weak points.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement following the principles of the Toyota Production System.
• Work with Quality to set goals including scrap reduction, reduction in customer complaints, and reporting of non-conformances.
• Evaluate and improve manpower layout, 5-S standardization, and organization layout.
• Work with maintenance to improve machine uptime.
• Provide data driven analyses of manufacturing problems.
• Travel by plane and car 10-20%.
