Job summary

Humanscale is seeking a Die Casting Supervisor to oversee daily production planning, scrap control, and adherence to quality standards. You will manage a work team, enforce safety procedures, and drive continuous improvement across the die casting area.

You will analyze performance data, train staff, and coordinate with management to meet production targets while maintaining a strong safety culture. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering or related degree and/or experience.
• Must have at least 3 years minimum experience in die casting processes or as a manufacturing engineer.
• Knowledge of inspection procedures and quality control.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Analytical capability and ability to adapt to change.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production plan execution and meet daily goals.
• Control and reduce plant scrap through monitoring and corrective action.
• Ensure daily production meets standards and processes are followed.
• Lead and supervise production staff to ensure quality and safety.
• Provide training to develop technical and safety skills.
• Promote a productive environment and team engagement.
• Make data-driven decisions aligned with company objectives.
• Communicate instructions, procedures, and responsibilities clearly.
• Report on quality, safety, productivity, and improvements.
