Humanscale is seeking a Die Casting Process Engineer to lead and support die casting and furnace operations in Nogales, AZ. You will define injection parameters, develop work instructions, train staff, and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in die casting, CAD/CMM/SOLID proficiency, and Six Sigma knowledge; bilingual in Spanish/English is required. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering or related degree; 5 years die casting experience.
• Proficiency in CAD, CMM, and SOLID.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt preferred; AIAG Core Tools experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead die casting technicians and furnace staff.
• Develop and maintain work instructions for die casting and furnace operations.
• Define and optimize injection parameters for die casting equipment.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen process improvements.
• Create AIAG Core Tools documentation: FMEA, control plans, SPC, PPAP.
• Plan and monitor projects involving facilities, DCM machines, molds, and furnaces.
