Job summary

The manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement OEE and 5S programs, and oversee staff performance, training, and customer project launches. Strong leadership and die cast industry experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in the die cast industry.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities
