Job summary

Yamad is seeking a die cast supervisor to ensure safe operation of die cast machinery, producing high-quality aluminum parts. You will work with the Team Leader and teammates in a collaborative environment to drive quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include machine start/stop, multi-machine operation, product inspection, die changes, and supporting daily activities. Supervisory duties apply in the Team Leader’s absence, with emphasis on SOP adherence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Die Cast.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in an automotive manufacturing facility.
• Understanding of PDCA, 5-S, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Starts up and shuts down machines.
• Operates multiple machines.
• Inspects products for quality.
• Assists and sets up die changes.
• Assists Team Leader with daily activities and supervision in Team Leader’s absence.
