Ilocatum in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a Senior Process Control Technician to oversee die-cast parameters and defect reduction on the 3rd shift. You will monitor critical process variables, analyze defects, and drive optimization to improve first-pass yields.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with quality and engineering teams. A stability history and US work authorization are required; compensation includes up to $41/hr and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Demonstrated career stability with at least 2+ years at each previous employer.
• 2+ years of hands-on process control experience in manufacturing; aluminum die casting, plastics, or metalworking preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to interpret process monitoring data and quality reports.
• Must reside within a 45-minute maximum commute of the Cedarburg, WI area.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical diploma or vocational degree in manufacturing technology or metallurgy preferred. Must be fully authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Monitor and analyze critical variables including melt temperatures, shot profiles, injection speeds, and die lubrication.
• Analyze and resolve casting defects through root-cause analysis.
• Optimize machine parameters for new product launches and existing runs.
• Maintain accurate process setup sheets and operating instructions for setup techs and operators.
• Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to validate process changes and reduce scrap.
• Utilize real-time process monitoring systems and review X-ray inspection data to ensure customer specifications.
• Coach and train floor personnel on standardized process parameters.
