Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical diploma preferred.
• Must have 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer.
• 2+ years in process control within manufacturing.
• US work authorization, no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process parameters including melt temperatures, shot profiles, injection speeds, and cycle times.
• Analyze and resolve casting defects through root-cause analysis.
• Optimize machine parameters for new product launches and existing runs.
• Maintain process setup sheets and operating instructions for setup techs and operators.
• Execute production trials with quality and engineering teams to improve yield and reduce scrap.
• Support inspection by reviewing X-ray data to ensure conformance to specs.
• Train floor personnel on standardized process parameters and practices.
