Job summary

TEAM is seeking a full-time Die Casting Operator to operate production die casting machines and ensure parts meet print specifications. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency within a team environment in Minnesota.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, maintaining proper job counts, and following 5-S principles. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with manufacturing experience preferred. Lifting up to 50 lbs and night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use measuring instruments (gage pins, scales, etc.).
• Ability to follow work instructions.
• Must be detail oriented and able to recognize defects and non-conformities.

Responsibilities

• Run production die casting machines to meet customer specs.
• Ensure part quality per inspection report.
• Complete reports and paperwork for jobs.
• Maintain correct box quantities and job counts.
• Apply 5-S principles to keep a clean, safe work area.
• Meet or exceed efficiency targets.
• Participate in CIP events to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement culture.
• Communicate professionally with supervisor and co-workers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Base Pay $22.50 - $23.00 / Hour

Purpose: Run production die casting machines to produce quality parts to print to meet customer expectations and requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment for self and others.Follow all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment tosafety program.
• Ensure part quality is in accordance with inspection report
• Accurately complete reports and all necessary paper work for the jobs
• Responsible for correct full box quantities and job counts
• Utilizes the 5-S principles (sort, set in order,shine, standardize, and sustain) to maintain an orderly, clean and safework area.
• Ability to regularly meet or exceed efficiency requirements
• Actively participates in CIP events to improve the safety, quality, and efficiencies of our current processes and procedures
• Support and positivelycontribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• Communicates with supervisor and co-workers in a professional manner
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Education & Experience
