Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1.5+ years hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or technical repair.
• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended shifts.
• Good communication and basic computer literacy for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex repairs and preventative maintenance on plant equipment, including electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems.
• Fabricate and modify dies, jigs, and fixtures via bench machining.
• Analyze SPC data to identify trends and adjust equipment as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts) to support maintenance and logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and safety.
