Orion Casting is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, rebuild and repair all equipment to support production. You will be responsible for electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, die cast machines, and related tools.

The role requires blueprint reading, basic math, welding experience, and a proactive safety mindset. Qualified candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and ideally a journeyman certificate or vocational training.

Formación

• Knowledge of basic machine operation and measuring tools.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs is a plus.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Move dies, die components and materials using a forklift.
• Assemble and disassemble dies under supervision.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and maintain electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Repair gas-fired and electrical furnaces and related components.
• Repair/rebuild die cast machines, gear reduction units, and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety rules.
