Blue Nile, a division of Signet Jewelers, seeks a Manager of Category Management, Diamond Basics to lead day-to-day strategy and performance of the Diamond Basics assortment. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance and execution of the Diamond Basics business with the Director of Category Management.
• Translate category strategies into actionable assortment, pricing, product, inventory and merchandising plans.
• Develop deep expertise of customer missions and competitive dynamics for each category.
• Monitor natural vs lab-grown diamonds and evolve the mix based on demand and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compelling on-site and in-store presentation.
