Blue Nile seeks a Manager of Category Management, Diamond Basics to drive day-to-day strategy, performance, and evolution of the Blue Nile assortment. This role combines merchant instincts, product knowledge and analytical rigor to optimize these businesses and own category-level analysis across assortment, pricing, and lifecycle management.

The position requires 3–5+ years in merchandising with diamond expertise, strong leadership, and collaboration across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5+ years merchandising experience, preferably with diamond expertise.
• Strategic thinker able to translate data into business strategy.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own category strategy and day-to-day performance for Diamond Basics.
• Translate strategies into assortment, pricing, product, inventory plans.
• Develop category insights from customer behavior and market data.
• Collaborate with Site Merchandising, Marketing, Technology to optimize on-site presentation.
• Define product priorities for category pages, search, and promotions.
