Fresenius Medical Care in Cleveland Heights is hiring a Patient Care Technician / Dialysis Technician Trainee for our outpatient clinic. No prior dialysis experience is required — we provide 12 weeks of paid, comprehensive training to help you start a rewarding career in patient care.

The role is full-time with early start times (as early as 5 am), four 10-hour shifts per week and every other Saturday. A stable, supportive team environment and hands-on learning await you.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CPR certification may be required.
• Previous patient care experience in hospital settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patient vital signs and weight; document treatment parameters.
• Maintain safe, clean environment; follow infection control practices.
