Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician / Dialysis Technician Trainee for our outpatient dialysis clinic in New Albany / Gahanna. The role offers 12 weeks of paid, comprehensive training with no prior dialysis experience required, and includes hands-on patient care in a supportive team environment.

Regular full-time shifts start early, with four 10-hour days per week and some Saturdays. Availability Mon–Sat is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or a related facility preferred.
• CPR certification strongly encouraged and supports patient safety.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Record treatment data and monitor patient status during dialysis.
• Observe patient condition and report changes to RN or supervisor.
• Prepare initial patient chart and collect lab specimens as required.
