Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CMS/state licensure requirements must be met within the required state or CMS timeframe.
• CPR certification and dialysis training program completion are required or expected.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in setup and operation of the hemodialysis machines.
• Evaluate patient wellbeing, monitor vital signs, and document treatment data.
• Administer heparin as delegated or per physician orders; adjust therapy as prescribed.
• Maintain infection control and environmental safety per facility policy.
• Provide patient education and support during and after dialysis treatments.
