This full-time role is based at the Utah Dialysis Center in Salt Lake City, with a 36-hour workweek, variable days, and on-call/weekend requirements. Essential duties include setting up machines, initiating and terminating therapies, documenting in the EHR, and maintaining a safe care

Qualifications

• Must maintain active CCHT or CHT certification to remain in role.
• BLS for healthcare providers required before start date.
• Caregivers must obtain CCHT within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up dialysis machine and initiate, monitor, and terminate therapy per orders.
• Recognize problems, take immediate action, notify RN as needed.
• Maintain a safe environment per Intermountain policies and guidelines.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and programs.
