Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dialysis technician to join our team in Utah. You will assist in the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, monitor patient responses, and document vital signs and treatment parameters under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include enforcing infection control practices, providing patient education on treatment processes, and supporting CQI efforts to improve patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must meet CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of dialysis machines.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters accurately.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis and report changes to supervising RN.
• Maintain safe and clean environment and adhere to infection control policies.
• Provide patient education on adequacy measures and treatment processes.
• Assist with energy and supply management to prevent wastage.
